- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Prepare patients for procedures, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
- Perform wound dressing, injections, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition immediately.
- Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the ward.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Check emergency equipment and crash cart readiness.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and biomedical departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
