ReBIT, a 100% owned IT subsidiary of RBI is hiring for Associate / Sr. Product Manager.

Work Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience / Qualifications:
- Minimum 14+ years of total experience, at least 7 years in product management of software/middleware/platform products.
- At least 23 years in a senior product management role.
- Must have experience in IT product-based organizations handling the product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API-first design, and container orchestration using OpenShift (or Kubernetes).
- Experience managing developer platforms, SaaS/PaaS products, or internal service marketplaces.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling is a plus.
- Proven ability to define product release management strategy and processes.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:



Define and own the product roadmap for the microservices platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business goals, and application development needs.
- Customer-Centric Design: Engage with internal stakeholders and development teams to understand requirements and pain points and translate them into platform capabilities and service offerings.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of platform services ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, architecture, security, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of microservices on OpenShift. Governance & Compliance: Define and enforce standards for microservice design, deployment, observability, and governance within the platform ecosystem.
