Job Summary

We are hiring Malayalam Customer Support Executives for a full-time customer-support position in Secunderabad.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Malayalam along with basic English communication skills. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

The role involves handling customer calls, answering enquiries, providing information, resolving customer concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally.

Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Intermediate/HSC or any graduation qualification accepted.
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to work from office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
