Role Purpose

The
PMO & Project Controls Manager
will act as the operational control centre for multiple projects, connecting schedules, design deliverables, approvals, procurement, site execution, risks, decisions, and management reporting.





This is not only a scheduling or reporting role. The successful candidate will help transform project execution from individual-dependent coordination into a
structured, repeatable, system-driven delivery model.
The Role Should Enable Management To Quickly Understand
What changed? What is delayed? What is at risk? Why? Who owns the action? What decision is required? When must it be closed?
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Controls
- Develop project execution plans, baseline schedules, milestones, and delivery programmes.
- Integrate design, approvals, procurement, execution, and handover requirements into project schedules.
- Monitor progress against baseline and forecast completion dates.
- Track critical paths, dependencies, constraints, and milestone slippages.
- Develop recovery plans for delayed activities.
