Primary Purpose:

To provide counselling and client support remotely for clients who are unable or prefer not to visit a Future Link Consultants office, using phone calls, Zoom/video meetings, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Remote Client Connectivity
- Connect with assigned clients who cannot visit the office.
- Conduct counselling through phone calls and Zoom/video meetings.
- Maintain skilled and timely communication with clients.

Client Counselling
- Understand the client's education, career goals, financial background,



and immigration/study objectives.
- Explain suitable study-abroad, immigration, visa, or other relevant services.
- Provide accurate information based on the company's approved Knowledge HUB/service content.
- Escalate complex or regulated matters to the appropriate senior/authorized team member when required.

Lead & Client Follow-up
- Contact newly assigned remote leads promptly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Record calls, meetings, discussions, requirements, and next steps in the CRM.
- Ensure no assigned client is left without a documented follow-up.

Zoom/Video Counselling
- Schedule and conduct structured Zoom meetings.
- Share relevant documents, service information, and next steps with clients.
- Conduct follow-up meetings where additional counselling is required.

Application & Conversion Support
- Assist clients in moving from counselling to registration/applicat
