Position: Gallery Manager / Branch Manager

Job Description:
The Gallery Manager will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operations of the NS Art Gallery Bangalore branch. The person should independently handle gallery operations, customers, workshops, artists, staff, sales, marketing coordination, events, inventory, and overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete daily operation of the Bangalore gallery.
- Open and close the gallery and ensure it is maintained properly.
- Handle walk-in customers and explain artworks, products, workshops, and services.
- Manage sales, billing, payments, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate and manage art workshops and events.
- Coordinate with artists, instructors, freelancers, and vendors.
- Manage gallery displays, artwork arrangements, and exhibitions.
- Maintain stock and inventory of art materials, products, and artworks.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for Instagram promotions,



advertisements, events, and campaigns.
- Help increase walk-ins, workshop bookings, memberships, and sales.
- Manage gallery staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, security, and overall presentation of the gallery.
- Maintain records of expenses and coordinate with accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Identify opportunities for current workshops, collaborations, exhibitions, and local partnerships in Bangalore.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports covering sales, expenses, customers, workshops, inventory, and other activities.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the Bangalore branch.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Experience in gallery management, retail, hospitality, events, education, or similar operations is preferred.
- Should be comfortable speaking
