We are looking for an Operations & Growth Head who will act as the primary bridge between NUO and our clients.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, introducing NUO and our capabilities, conducting the first meetings, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring that client projects move smoothly from the initial conversation to execution.

This is a high-ownership, people-facing role for someone who can communicate confidently, understand business requirements, coordinate teams, and turn conversations into actionable projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between NUO and clients
- Host and lead initial client meetings and discovery calls
- Introduce NUO, our services, capabilities, and creative approach to potential clients
- Understand the client's requirements, goals, expectations, budget, and timeline
- Convert client discussions into clear briefs and actionable requirements
- Coordinate between clients and NUO's internal creative, production, and media teams
- Schedule and organize client meetings, follow-ups, presentations,



and project discussions
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout projects
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are properly communicated internally
- Follow up with leads and potential clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and develop long-term client relationships
- Help improve internal workflows, project management, and operational processes
- Track ongoing projects and ensure nothing gets missed between the client and execution teams
- Represent NUO professionally in client meetings, calls, and business discussions
