Video Content Creator – Real Estate

We are looking for a creative Video Content Creator to produce engaging video content for real estate properties, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit property videos, reels, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
- Shoot on-location videos of residential and commercial properties.
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for social media content.
- Manage video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Edit videos using professional editing tools.
- Collaborate with the real estate and marketing teams.

Requirements:
- Experience in video creation, shooting, and editing.
- Valuable knowledge of Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and social media trends.
- Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
- Creative mindset and good communication skills.
- Real estate/content marketing experience will be an advantage.
