Job Overview:
As a Social Media Marketer and Coordinator, you'll manage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, craft content, run campaigns, and boost engagement using trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for visibility and growth.
- Create, schedule, and post content (reels, stories, videos) across platforms.
- Monitor pages, engage audiences, and handle interactions.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors for fresh ideas.
- Collaborate on visuals with design/content teams.
- Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analyze performance with Meta Business Suite, Insights, and Analytics.
- Deliver monthly reports on engagement and results.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 6 months–1 year in social media/digital marketing (agency preferred).
- Strong grasp of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter.
- Basics in ads, content tools, Canva, figma.
- Creative mindset and clear communication.

Preferred Skills:
- Influencer marketing and community building.
- Short-form video ideas (Reels, Shorts).
- Algorithm and engagement knowledge.
