*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead Generation: Call prospective B2B clients, retail chemists, or distributors to pitch PCD pharma franchises or product ranges.
- Order Processing: Take and process product orders accurately over the phone.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and basic formulation details.
- Data Management: Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the CRM or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly calling quotas, lead generation metrics, and sales goals.
- *Required Skills & Qualification*s
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills with valuable command over local languages and English.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with pharmaceutical terms, medicine names, or healthcare distribution channels.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (pharma sector preferred).
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data entry

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
