1. Assist senior Basis administrators in monitoring SAP system health, performance, and availability using SAP transaction codes (SM21, SM50, SM66, ST22, etc.).
2. Support in managing SAP transport requests using Transport Management System (STMS) under guidance.
3. Help in user administration tasks including creation, modification, and locking of SAP user IDs.
4. Monitor and analyse SAP system logs and performance metrics and report anomalies to the team.
5. Assist in applying SAP Support Packages (SP Stacks) and kernel upgrades under supervision.
6. Support system refresh, system copy, and backup activities as directed by senior team members.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Basic understanding of system architecture Application Server, Database and Presentation Layer.
2. Awareness of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic command line operations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Willingness to learn SAP BASIS through structured training.
5. Positive communication and teamwork skills
