Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill the organization's manpower requirements across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate salary discussions,



document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain proper records of interviews, selections, rejections, and candidate status.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates to the HR Head/Management.
- Support other HR activities whenever required.

Required Skills
