Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage IPD billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for claim processing.
- Analyze patient records to identify potential issues or discrepancies in medical billing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs (Third Party Administrators) to resolve any billing-related queries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to OPD (Outpatient Department) operations.
