JOB DESCRIPTION- GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional service and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Identify a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.
- Encourage clients to upgrade their existing budget
- Direct Clients and customers to sales managers who are free and can handle them.
- Settle clients concern in a swift and skilled manner.
- Harness internal relationships to better address client’s needs
- Leads MIS update time to time, excel entry of walk-ins.
- Prior experience as a Relationship Executive, ideally in a similar organization.
- Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
- An effective time manager who can perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Excel

Pay: ₹11,099.39 - ₹35,000.00 per month
