- Active Directory, file Server, Web Server (IIS, Apache, Nginx) and Application Server Management
- Database Server like MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL installation, troubleshooting and Backup
- Installation of Current Windows Server, Linux and Desktop systems
- Windows Server and Linux application/ Software like VB, C# , .net etc. installation and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Public cloud management like AWS, Azure etc
- Virtual Hypervisor management like Hyper-V or Esxi
- Virtual Machine/Server management and Backup
- Troubleshooting basic server hardware and OS issues
- Assist management, patch deployment and server up-gradation
- Monitor and maintain server(s) performance and availability, troubleshooting OS issues
- Respond to end user issues that have escalated from Desktop Support
- Work on ongoing IT projects as assign
