We're an early-stage beverage company building a new product for premium bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues. We're a small, founder-led team. If you like building something from scratch, having real ownership, and working directly with leadership rather than layers of management, this is for you. The Role

We're hiring our founding field sales hire in each city Delhi and Mumbai. This is an on-ground, relationship-first sales role spanning three fronts: premium bars/restaurants (HORECA), retail (wine shops and premium grocery), and distributor partnerships. You'll be out meeting venue GMs, retail owners, and distributor principals, introducing them to our product, running tastings/demos, and closing accounts. There's no fixed playbook yet so you'll help build it.





What You'll Do
- Identify and map target accounts across your city. Bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, wine shops, premium grocery stores, and potential distributors
- Cold call, cold walk in, and reach out to venue owners, GMs, F&B; Directors, retail store owners, and distributor principals to open conversations
- Set up and run in-venue/in-store product demos and tastings for decision-makers
- Build genuine relationships with GM/F&B; Director-level buyers and retail/distributor owners, and hold your own in high-context conversations with them
- Convert conversations into venue sign-ups, retail listings, and distributor appointments; manage onboarding of new accounts
- Support distributor relationships post-appointment with order flow, replenishment, and resolving on-ground issues
- Track outreach, meetings, and pipeline daily across all three channels; report progress directly to the Founder & MD
