Role Description
The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities to expand Blackhat Junior International’s presence in the education and technology training market. This on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves daily activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting meetings or presentations with schools, parents, and partners, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The individual will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, track and report on business development activities, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and marketing approaches. The role also includes developing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring a high standard of communication and service throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and close growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, nurture relationships, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development within education, edtech, or technology services is beneficial.
