Role & responsibilities

HR Technology Intern
- Support the rollout and adoption of HR digital solutions, including the performance management system, the HR self-service/query portal, and AI-powered HR chatbot initiatives.
- Review HR workflows from an employee perspective and provide feedback to improve usability and employee experience.
- Assist in documenting HR processes, knowledge articles, chatbot responses, and self-service content for employees.
- Work with HR and product teams to gather user feedback, track enhancement requests, and support continuous improvement of HR systems and services.

Preferred candidate profile
- MBA (HR) student or recent graduate with a strong interest in HR Technology and Digital HR.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, AI tools, and data-driven HR processes.
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to review workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to HR transformation initiatives.
