Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing IT Services sales team in Ahmedabad.

The individual will be responsible for conducting outbound voice-based sales and business development activities targeting companies in the Australian market. The primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, understanding their technology requirements, generating qualified appointments,



and converting opportunities into business.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT Services, Software, Technology Consulting, or related industries, along with strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients across Australia.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Business Owners.
- Introduce and position IT services and technology solutions based on client requirements.
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings/appointments with relevant decision-makers.
- Understand prospect requirements, pain points, budgets, and potential technology needs.
- Qualify leads and ensure effective handover of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
