About the role

Rippling is looking for a Client Operations Analyst to execute client onboarding processes and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with various federal,



state, and local agencies. This is an exciting chance to become a core operations team member. You’ll help design scalable processes to bring new customers into our platform while working cross-functionally to minimize the operational burden through software automation. This highly cross-functional, task-oriented role impacts the performance of our sales, product, and finance teams.
What you will do
- Provide first-class service to our clients.
- Resolve tax account registration and maintenance tasks for our clients.
- Work with Federal/State agencies on behalf of our clients.
- Identifying and reporting System and/or process gaps that will result in a decrease of a negative client experience
