TVS Credit Services Ltd. is hiring Operations Executives for our Bangalore location. We are looking for immediate joiners only.

Role: CPA Operations
Location: Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore
Maximum CTC: Up to 3.6 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 1 to 3 years in loan operations, credit processing, CPA operations, or disbursement management.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge required

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Two-Wheeler (TW) and Consumer Durable (CD) loan disbursement activities at vendor locations.
- Coordinate with CPA TLS (Team Leaders), CPA Manager, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth processing of cases.
- Track and monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for all loan applications and ensure timely disbursement.
- Review and manage the daily processing queue, prioritizing cases and escalating delays to the CPA team.
- Conduct daily sample audits of processed cases to ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and process guidelines.




- Identify process gaps and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports related to disbursement status, queue management, TAT, productivity, and quality findings.
- Support issue resolution by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely closure of pending cases.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of processed applications and audit observations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in operations, credit processing, loan disbursement, or financial services will be preferred.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Basic Formulas
