Nail Artist – Job Description

Position: Nail Artist
Department: Beauty / Salon
Reports To: Salon Manager / Beauty Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and professional Nail Artist to provide high-quality nail care and nail art services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
- Perform gel, acrylic, extensions, overlays, and nail enhancements as required.
- Create customized nail art designs based on client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of nail hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Consult with clients regarding nail care, designs, colors, and suitable treatments.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nail workstation.
- Recommend appropriate nail-care products and aftercare procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest nail-art trends, techniques, and products.
- Handle clients professionally and provide a welcoming service experience.




- Maintain proper records of services and products when required.
- Follow all salon/company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Nail Artist / Nail Technician preferred.
- Good knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic, extensions, and nail art techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work professionally in a team environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Relevant certification or skilled training is an advantage.
