About the Prospect

Indorama Corporation is looking for experienced Procurement professionals for opportunities across Assistant Manager to AGM levels for its Petrochemical / Fertilizer businesses in Mumbai and Nigeria.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in project procurement, international sourcing and imports, with the ability to independently manage the complete procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO), expediting, delivery and order closure.

The final designation/level will be aligned with the candidate's relevant experience, technical expertise and scope of responsibilities handled.

Key Responsibilities




- Execute the complete project procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) and order closure.
- Review PRs, technical specifications, scope of supply, BOQs/MTOs and other procurement requirements in coordination with engineering/project teams.
- Identify and develop suitable domestic and international suppliers/vendors for equipment, materials and services.
- Float RFQs/RFPs and manage the complete techno-commercial bidding process.
- Coordinate technical bid evaluation with engineering and user departments and drive commercial evaluation of qualified vendors.
- Conduct commercial negotiations covering price, delivery, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, LDs and other contractual conditions.
- Prepare commercial comparisons, negotiation summaries and purchase recommendations for management approval.
- Issue Purchase Orders and amendments in accordance with approved procurement procedures.
- Handle international procurement
