Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student admissions and business growth through field sales and direct client engagement in the education sector.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, colleges, educational institutions, companies, and other potential client locations, generating leads, building relationships, promoting educational programs, and converting prospects into enrollments/business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Business Development
- Conduct regular field visits to schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, and other potential institutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Promote and explain the organization's courses, training programs, certifications, and educational services.
- Meet students, parents, college management, placement officers, HR teams,



and other decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, career awareness sessions, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and business opportunities.

Institutional & Corporate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Develop institutional tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with placement cells, departments, and management teams.
- Identify opportunities for workshops, seminars, internships, training programs, and campus activities.

Sales Target & Reporting
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and admission/sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
