About the Role

We are looking for a Front-End Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and mandatory prior experience in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in React, React Native, and JavaScript, along with experience developing scalable and responsive web applications. Experience in Lending, Digital Lending, NBFCs, Loan Management Systems, or other lending-related financial products will be an added advantage. The candidate will work closely with Product, Backend, Design,



and other business teams to develop seamless digital experiences and technology solutions for Bridge Capital's financial products.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and responsive web applications.

-Build reusable and modular UI components using React and React Native.

-Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code.

-Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and Product teams to translate requirements into functional interfaces.

-Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

-Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end and application issues.

-Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

-Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
