Role Overview We are looking for a Development Manager / Sr. Development Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in .NET technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading teams, designing scalable architecture, and ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise grade applications. This is a leadership-cum-technical role requiring robust people management, architectural expertise, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of developers across multiple projects, ensuring on time and high-quality delivery.

Define and implement software development standards, coding guidelines, and SDLC best practices.

Play a key role in designing robust, scalable, and secure application architecture (3-Tier, Microservices, MVC, MVVM).
