JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 7 years in Finance & Accounts, with 5+ years in a senior role, preferably in Hospital/Healthcare.
Skills: Robust knowledge of Taxation, GST, Audit, MIS, Working Capital, ERP and Team Management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, TDS, Advance Tax and statutory compliance.
- Oversee Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow and Working Capital.
- Coordinate Internal/Statutory Audits, Ledger Scrutiny and Fixed Assets.
- Monitor Doctor Payments, TPA MIS, Billing and Financial Transactions.
- Conduct Cost & Profitability Analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts Team.




- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile :
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 07 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior Finance & Accounts role, preferably in a hospital/healthcare organization.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit and statutory compliance.
- Experience in hospital accounting, TPA, doctor payments and MIS preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/Hospital Management Software and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and team-management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy and financial discipline.
