Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our four-wheeler automobile dealership in Kollam, Kerala.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate recent customer leads and increase dealership enquiries through field activities, local promotions, events, customer engagement, and market visits.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, automobile sales, FMCG, banking, insurance, telecom, or other field-based roles are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and relevant exposure are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits across assigned areas to identify and generate potential customers.
- Generate leads for new four-wheeler sales through direct customer interaction and local marketing activities.
- Visit residential areas, commercial establishments, offices, institutions, business centres, and other potential customer locations.
- Identify and develop new customer contacts and local business opportunities.
- Promote vehicle models, offers,



exchange programs, finance schemes, and dealership campaigns.
- Conduct and support roadshows, vehicle displays, exhibitions, promotional events, test-drive campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
- Distribute marketing materials and create awareness about dealership products and offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, institutions, communities, associations, and other potential customer groups.
- Coordinate with the Sales team and hand over qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
- Follow up on leads generated through field activities and ensure proper lead tracking.
- Support customer referrals and other lead-generation initiatives.
- Collect information about customer requirements, market conditions, competitor activities, and local opportunities.
