The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy of Yana IVF Hospital to increase brand visibility, generate quality patient leads, improve online engagement, and support patient acquisition and business growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the hospital and IVF services. - Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms. - Generate and manage quality leads for IVF, fertility, and other hospital services. - Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI. - Plan and manage social media content, campaigns, and engagement. - Coordinate with the creative/content team for posts, videos, reels, blogs, and promotional campaigns. - Manage and improve the hospital's website, SEO, landing pages, and online visibility. - Analyse Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and advertising reports to identify growth opportunities.



- Work closely with the telecalling and counselling teams to improve lead conversion. - Develop strategies for patient acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing. - Monitor competitors and current digital marketing trends in the healthcare and IVF sector. - Coordinate with doctors and management for healthcare-related content and campaigns. - Ensure all digital content follows skilled healthcare communication and advertising standards. - Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports for management. - Manage digital marketing agencies and external vendors, if applicable. - Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
