Role & responsibilities
- Own service delivery and critical L3 incident resolution
- Provide technical leadership across Functional, Basis, CPI, EDI, ABAP and Fiori towers
- Drive SLA compliance, governance, RCA and CSI initiatives
- Lead Hypercare, Major Incident Management and CAB reviews
- Manage team capacity, utilization, staffing and mentoring
- Review releases, deployments and production changes
- Coordinate with SAP RISE, business stakeholders and third-party vendors
