Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage our day-to-day production operations. The person will be responsible for managing workers, production targets, quality, material usage, and timely completion of orders.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and allocate work to workers and machine operators.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Supervise workers and maintain productivity and discipline.
- Monitor quality at different stages of production.
- Coordinate cutting, stitching, printing, finishing and packing activities.
- Track material consumption and minimise wastage.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Maintain daily production and attendance records.




- Identify production issues and resolve them quickly.
- Coordinate with management and stores for material and production requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe production floor.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing.
- Experience in garment, textile, bag manufacturing, packaging or similar industries preferred.
- Good understanding of stitching and production processes.
- Experience managing production workers.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working hands-on on the factory floor.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience.

Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
