We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring technical professionals for commercial building projects, including engineering, project management, MEP, QS, design, planning, procurement, and site execution roles. The recruiter will work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and ensure timely onboarding of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions in commercial real estate and construction.
- Understand project manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and skilled networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical knowledge, project experience, and cultural fit.




- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads and project teams.
- Verify employment history, qualifications, certifications, and references.
- Negotiate compensation packages and release offer letters.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future project requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
- 5-10years of experience in technical recruitment for commercial real estate, construction, infrastructure.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
