About the Role & Team

We are a small, fast-growing team currently hiring our first marketing support. You will work closely with 1–2 team members in a small setup, giving you high visibility, ownership, and the chance to shape processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, creating, and managing email marketing campaigns, including list preparation, content formatting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to support marketing analysis and decision-making.
- Online Brand Promotion: Support online marketing activities such as business listings, directory submissions, and documentation to improve brand visibility and SEO.
- Content & Coordination: Help coordinate marketing assets, maintain content calendars, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Administrative Support:



Assist with marketing-related admin tasks, including maintaining trackers, organizing files, and supporting campaign logistics.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with online directories, business listings, and SEO basics is advantageous.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a small team with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of social media management and content scheduling tools.
- Internship or prior experience in a marketing or administrative role.
