We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation. The candidate should have good negotiation and communication skills with basic knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.

Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day purchase activities
- Creating Purchase Orders (PO)
- Vendor follow-up and coordination
- Comparing quotations and price negotiation
- Coordination with Store and Production departments
- Maintaining purchase records and documentation
- Ensuring timely material delivery
- Handling invoice and purchase-related documentation

Requirements
- Graduate / MBA Preferred
- 1–3 years experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
