Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Merchandiser will coordinate between buyers, design, production, and quality teams to ensure accurate execution of orders from sampling through bulk production. Daily responsibilities include managing product assortments, tracking order status, updating internal systems, and preparing reports on styles,



quantities, timelines, and pricing. The role involves monitoring market trends and customer preferences, providing input on product development, and supporting sales and marketing teams with product information and presentations. The Merchandiser will also handle communication with clients, resolve issues related to specifications or delivery, and maintain detailed documentation for smooth end-to-end workflows.

Qualifications
- Solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external clients.
- Customer service abilities to manage buyer relationships, respond to inquiries, and support client needs throughout the order cycle.
- Sales-related skills to assist in presenting collections, supporting negotiations, and aligning assortments with commercial targets.
