We are looking for a confident and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide proper information, and maintain good communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about products/services.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Coordinate with the team whenever required.

Maintain basic records of customer interactions.

Requirements

Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
