Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who can design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems powered by Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. You will work directly with the founding team to develop cutting-edge AI capabilities that power real-world business automation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Develop AI Agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen,



or similar.
- Integrate Vector Databases for semantic search, document retrieval, and contextual memory.
- Build AI workflows capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
- Design and implement prompt engineering, tool-calling, memory management, and agent orchestration systems.
- Evaluate and improve AI system performance, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, third-party tools, and business workflows.
- Experiment with emerging AI frameworks and contribute to product architecture decisions.
- Debug, monitor, and optimize production AI systems end-to-end.

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Experience developing AI Agents and Agentic Workf
