Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory testing, sample analysis, equipment operation, documentation, and quality control procedures. The candidate should follow established laboratory protocols, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, receive, label, prepare, and process laboratory samples according to established procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently.
- Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, media, and other laboratory materials as required.
- Record and maintain accurate test results, observations, and laboratory documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control procedures,



and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Identify and report abnormal, inaccurate, or questionable test results to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping within the laboratory.
- Handle laboratory chemicals, biological samples, and waste safely and according to applicable procedures.
- Assist with quality assurance, internal audits, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Maintain confidentiality of laboratory results and related information.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/B.Sc. MLT), Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a relevant field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
