Job Description

Malkin is looking for responsible, customer-friendly and hardworking Counter & Store Executives to join our food court team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the counter, handling customers, billing and payments, issuing coupons/orders, operating the POS/tablet, maintaining sales records and assisting with purchase, inventory and storage management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the food court counter and attend to customers.
- Collect cash and digital payments.
- Generate and issue coupons/orders.
- Operate the POS system/tablet for billing and sales entries.
- Maintain daily sales records.
- Keep track of purchases, inventory and stock levels.
- Maintain proper storage and stock records.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming purchases.
- Inform the manager about low-stock or required items.




- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter/store.
- Provide polite and efficient customer service.

Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Comfortable using a tablet/POS system.
- Ability to read and understand basic English.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and calculations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible and punctual.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced food court environment.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry is preferred.
- Experience in a restaurant, food court, QSR, café, canteen or food outlet will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in cash handling, POS/billing, customer service, inventory or store operations are preferred.
- Freshers with good computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
