How you'll make an impact

This role involves managing and optimizing identity and access management systems, including One Identity Manager, DUO and Ping Federate, to ensure compliance and enhance security. Responsibilities include user access management, privileged access administration, and providing advanced support for integration and architecture coherence. Strong communication, problem-solving skills,



and experience in identity management technologies are essential. The candidate will work independently and collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions and improve service reliability.
- 3+ Years of experience in One Identity Manager or Ping Federate.
- Experience in handling complex support-related requests.
- Act as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by L1 Team
- Experience in providing knowledge transfer and training to Junior staff or other team members.
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Good understanding about JML Process, workflows.
- Good understanding about RBAC, Agile Group concepts.
- Incident Management: Experience in solving the issues in mentioned SLA timeline by the client
- Good knowledge in SQL
- Experience with 1IM tools like Job Queue, report editor, Synchronization Editor.
