Job Summary

The Incubation Manager will develop and manage the university’s startup incubation ecosystem, supporting students and faculty in turning ideas into viable ventures through mentoring, funding support, industry collaboration, and entrepreneurship programs.

Key Responsibilities1. Incubation Centre Management
- Manage daily operations of the incubation center.
- Implement incubation policies and monitor startup performance.
- Maintain infrastructure and facilities.

2. Startup Development and Support
- Identify and evaluate cutting-edge ideas and startup proposals.
- Guide startups through incubation, product development, and commercialization.

3. Entrepreneurship Development
- Organize workshops, seminars, hackathons, and awareness programs.
- Promote entrepreneurial culture across departments.

4. Industry Collaboration
- Build partnerships with industry,



investors, and startup ecosystems.
- Connect startups with mentors and experts.

5. Funding and Grants
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with government and private funding agencies.

6. Mentoring and Networking
- Develop mentor networks and facilitate startup mentoring sessions.
- Support networking opportunities for founders.

7. Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain startup records, reports, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with university and regulatory guidelines.

8. Events
- Organize startup events, competitions, and investor meets.
- Represent the university in innovation forums.

Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in entrepreneurship is an advantage.
