Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Contracts Manager role based in Chennai. The Contracts Manager will oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with vendors, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for residential projects. The role involves ensuring contractual compliance with legal,



regulatory, and company standards, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, and managing contract amendments and renewals. The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with project management, procurement, finance, and legal teams to align contract terms with project timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. The role also includes maintaining accurate contract documentation, tracking key milestones and obligations, and preparing regular reports and summaries for management.

- Robust contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills, with experience in construction or real estate projects.
