Role Summary

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 (AAX). You will bridge business requirements with technical architecture, build resilient, reusable components, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers while enforcing top-tier Control Room governance and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Architect end-to-end automation workflows,



turning complex business process descriptions into transparent Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
- Bot Development: Develop, configure, and scale robust task bots, IQ/Document Automation processes, and metabots utilizing core workflow principles.
- Integrations: Seamlessly integrate [Automation Anywhere] bots with external databases (MS SQL), REST/SOAP APIs, web applications, and legacy systems.
- Quality & Governance: Enforce enterprise coding standards, conduct comprehensive peer code reviews, handle unit/integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Control Room & Operations: Manage deployment pipelines, workload management (WLM) queues, and unattended bot runners via the [Automation Anywhere Control Room].
- Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding junior developers, troubleshooting escalated production errors, and optimizing active bot performance.
