Role Description
The Laravel intern will support the development and maintenance of web applications built on the Laravel framework in a full time remote role. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable PHP and Laravel code, assisting with backend APIs, implementing new features, and fixing bugs under the guidance of senior developers.



The intern will collaborate with the product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, help integrate third-party services, and participate in code reviews. The role also involves learning best practices for security, performance optimization, and documentation, while contributing to a privacy-focused, user-centric platform.

Qualifications
- Foundational backend development skills, including PHP and Laravel framework, with an understanding of MVC architecture.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for integrating frontend and backend components.
- Experience or coursework in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL), including migrations, queries, and data modeling.
