Role & responsibilities

Corporate Trainer / L&D; skilled, preferably in Pharma, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or a similar industry. Experience in designing and conducting employee training and development programs across different levels and functions. Strong knowledge of soft skills, communication, behavioural, leadership, sales, product, and functional training. Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct engaging classroom, workshop, and on-the-job training sessions. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and digital learning/training tools. Willingness to travel to different company locations/units for training programs when required.

Preferred candidate profile PG /MBA /MSW/ PG IN Mass communications / 3 to 6 years exp as corporate Trainer / knowledge of malayalam / Ready to work in kochi - manufacturing industry /
