JOB DESCRIPTION:- Transportation & Fleet Manager

Company: Shri Krishna Road Carrier (SKRC)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the company’s complete transportation and fleet operations.
- Handle fleet management, vehicle deployment, maintenance, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Government departments, Railways, PSUs, clients, vendors, and other authorities.
- Undertake liaisoning and regulatory work related to transportation operations.
- Manage drivers, transport staff, route planning, vehicle utilisation, and timely deployment.
- Monitor operational costs, vehicle performance, compliance, and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth execution of transportation contracts.
- Maintain strong coordination with clients and resolve operational and administrative matters.




- Perform any other duties necessary for the efficient functioning and growth of the transportation business.

Eligibility & Experience
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in a transportation/logistics company.
- Robust experience in fleet management, transportation operations, and liaisoning work.
- Candidates with experience dealing with Government departments, Railways, PSUs, or large corporate clientswill be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage transportation operations and a fleet.
