Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contemporary C++ (multiple standards) along with working knowledge of C#/.NET. Experience in VC++ and MFC, handling memory-constrained applications, and the ability to lead a small team (2–5 members) is essential. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle, including design,



development, optimization, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C++.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C++ and C# (.NET).
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and CPU efficiency, especially for memory-constrained environments.
- Work on migration and modernization of applications across different C++ versions (e.g., C++11 to C++17/20).
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation for design and implementation.
