Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from the Gems & Jewellery, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing suitable talent for jewellery manufacturing, technical, sales, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare candidate sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, job portals, and industry networks.
- Recruit for various positions within the Gems & Jewellery and jewellery manufacturing industry.
- Handle hiring for Sales, Technical, Engineering, Production, Electroplating, Laser Machinery, Casting, Tool Room, Accounts, Purchase, and Corporate functions.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates based on experience, technical knowledge, communication skills,



and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate documentation and background verification of selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants when required.
- Ensure positions are closed within the defined recruitment timelines.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience in Gems & Jewellery / Manufacturing / Engineering recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
