Corporate Lawyer (Litigation & Contracts) with minimum 10 years of Litigation & Drafting experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage litigation matters independently across various courts and legal forums.
- Represent the company in court proceedings and appear before judges, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Argue cases effectively before the sitting judge and coordinate with external counsels wherever required.
- Draft, review, and file petitions, affidavits, written statements, replies, applications, appeals, and other court documents.
- Prepare and manage court filings, legal documentation, and litigation records while ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Prepare and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), employment agreements, service agreements, indemnity bonds, guarantees, and other corporate legal documents.
- Draft and review purchase contracts, sale contracts, intermediary contracts, vendor agreements, customer agreements,



and other business-related contracts.
- Draft civil suits, recovery proceedings, commercial disputes, and other litigation-related documents.
- Handle civil litigation matters and prepare legal strategies for dispute resolution.
- Provide legal advice to management on contractual, commercial, and litigation-related matters.
- Liaise with advocates, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on litigation and legal drafting experience.
- Proven experience in court appearances and arguing matters before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Robust expertise in drafting petitions, affidavits, contracts, agreements, civil suits, and litigation documents.
- Sound knowledge of corporate laws, civil laws, commercial laws, and contractual matters.
