Hiring: Product Control & Accounting – Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily
P&L; (Profit & Loss)
reports and perform P&L; reconciliation.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve P&L; breaks and discrepancies.
- Perform
Product Control
activities and standard control checks.
- Review P&L; substantiation, adjustments, and valuation-related controls.
- Prepare and circulate daily P&L; reports and commentary.
- Work closely with
Finance, Operations, and Business Units
.
- Develop an understanding of
Fixed Income products
and valuation concepts.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established processes and policies.
- Escalate issues and exceptions to senior team members when required.





Mandatory Skills
- Product Control experience is mandatory.
- Accounting/Financial Accounting experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of
P&L;, reconciliation, and financial controls
.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and valuation concepts.
- Robust
MS Excel
skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Commerce / Finance degree.
- CA freshers can apply.
- MBA / CFA / CA preferred.
- Experienced CA candidates are not eligible.
